Interested in learning to reach a deeper state of wellbeing and reenergise yourself? Through this introductory course to freediving, participants will learn to develop greater body and breath mindfulness and control for better stress management in everyday life.
The course will be facilitated by Daron Joseph, an experienced freediving instructor, and supported by Jason Prior. Content will be delivered through online self-paced learning, webinars and face-to-face water based immersive experiences in the pool and ocean.
